Broken cisterns

I might want to remember this. When my toilet bowl tank flush chain to the pump snapped on that night when I was in my reading on Jeremiah. I took about half an hour to link the broken chain together. Meanwhile, while I was mending the chains in the tank, the pump was disconnected n the water failed to flow in n filled the tank! So thank God I managed to join back the chain n the water started filling the tank again the moment the pump was connected! And I was able to flush with full tank! And I went back to reading the Jeremiah from where I left off! Chapter 2….. And I came to chapter 2:13…….

Jeremiah 2:13 13 For my people have committed two evils: they have forsaken me, the fountain of living waters, and hewed them out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water.
